DID YOU KNOW THAT TDB PASSES TWO ANNUAL AUDITS?
Transparency and open accountability are our way of showing society the seriousness of our work. And even without accepting public funds, we make every effort to check every penny that comes in and out of our vaults. That is why, annually we pay R$ 30.000 to the renowned company Baker Tilly Brasil to audit our finances. For two weeks, the company’s auditors check our financial processes, ask a series of questions, and validate the bottom line. In addition, since 2002, TdB has been recognized as OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest).
For this, we also pass every year through a public audit, carried out by the Ministry of Justice. Accountability gives us credibility, an important endorsement for growth, and helps attract employees and investors.
Until 2015, we made the renewal of the certificate that configures the Class of the Good as OSCIP every year. As of 2016, a statement from the Ministry of Justice and Public Security extinguished this requirement.
